Advertising & Partnership Disclosure

Commercial work can support useful independent publishing, but the reader should not have to guess when a relationship influenced a page.

Sponsored content and advertising labels

Content paid for or materially supported by a business will be identified in clear language such as “Advertisement,” “Sponsored” or “Paid partnership.” The disclosure should appear where a reader will see it before or as they engage with the commercial claim, not only in a general policy page.

What a partnership may include

CalifGym may produce sponsored explainers, relevant club or facility profiles, campaign pages, interviews, website and content projects, or other collaborations serving the gymnastics and sports audience. We consider audience fit, factual support, the quality of the underlying offer and whether the project can be disclosed honestly.

Links and search visibility

A commercial arrangement does not guarantee editorial endorsement, search ranking, permanent placement or a particular type of link. Paid or affiliate links may use technical attributes appropriate to the relationship and current search-engine guidance. CalifGym does not accept requests to disguise paid placement as independent editorial coverage.

Affiliate links and products

If CalifGym may earn a commission when a reader uses a link, that relationship will be disclosed near the relevant content. A commission does not increase the reader’s price unless the page clearly states otherwise. Product claims should be supported, and material limitations should not be hidden.

Editorial control

Partners may review factual details about their own organization, product or quotation. CalifGym retains control over the final wording, context, labeling and whether the material remains published. Payment does not purchase a favorable review or prevent a warranted correction.

How to propose a responsible collaboration

Email [email protected] with the organization, audience, proposed subject, factual proof and desired outcome. Bulk link-placement requests and offers that depend on hiding the commercial relationship are not a fit.
